Trade show booths are available on a first-come basis. We encourage you to reserve your spot early as we have often sold out each year.

IMPORTANT INFO:

1) Trade Show Tear down will take place following the trade show Thursday night and the room must be cleared. We apologize for any inconvenience. (The price difference to teardown the following day was not financially feasible.)

2) As explained below, it is important that all attendees please, please, stay on property if reserving a hotel room.

  (Booth reservation and ONE representative for $365. Price includes a table and two chairs, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and free meeting registration. Each additional person in your booth is $65.00. *Each additional person in booth also receives lunch Tuesday & Wednesday and meeting registration.) Only companies with an Idaho GCSA member are allowed to reserve a booth. Booth reservations due by Feb 8 to ensure listing on onsite documents. Booths are still accepted after Feb 8. We frequently sell out each year and encourage you to register early! (Sorry, no refunds after Feb 14.)

  The exhibitor agrees to make no claim against the Idaho Golf Course Superintendents Association for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, nor for any injury to himself or employees while in the trade show. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Idaho GCSA, against, and hold them harmless for any claim arising out of the exhibitor’s participation in the Idaho Golf Course Superintendents Association Trade Show. Permission is granted to share/print pictures of the event unless you notify the Idaho GCSA in writing at least three days prior to the event.
