Applications for the 2025 GCSAA/Golf Digest Environmental Leaders in Golf Awards (ELGAs) close May 31,2025.
These awards recognize golf course superintendents and golf courses around the world for their commitment to environmental stewardship.The ELGAs help the golf industry advocate for the superintendent profession while communicating the value of professionally managed landscapes. These environmental stewards demonstrate the importance of valuable green space in our local communities while showing theeconomic savings of conservation practices implemented on golf courses.
The ELGAs are split up into four different awards that recognize efforts in more specific areas of conservation to recognize more superintendents with more varied successes in conservation even if they haven’t yet been able to implement practices in all areas of environmental conservation.
